Who can participate in the AIM AI Ideathon 2026?
All full-time employees are eligible to participate, individually or as part of a cross-functional team of up to 5 members.
How many ideas can I submit?
There's no limit on submissions, but each idea must go through all five steps of the submission form and pass the readiness checklist before it can be reviewed.
What happens after I submit an idea?
Your idea enters the Screening stage, where mentors evaluate feasibility and impact. Shortlisted ideas advance to Semi Finals, Finals, and the Pinnacle showcase.
Can I edit an idea after submitting it?
Ideas in Draft status can be edited freely from My Ideas. Once submitted, reach out to your mentor via Mentor Connect to request changes.
Where can I find help preparing my submission?
Visit the Learning Hub for short courses on AI fundamentals, use-case identification, and building a business case, or book time with a mentor.
